“Then There Were Horses”–A Team Building Approach

Have you ever been invited to participate in a team building activity and really did not want to go?  Or maybe you wanted to go but were not sure how you would do or were worried that others would be critical of you?  I know that I certainly have.  Then there were horses.

Team building assisted by horses provides experiential teaching in groups specifically geared towards working together in teams. Participants are never judged.  Horses simply provide honest feedback in an instant through authentic responses to actions and interactions with the team members.  It is that simple.  There are no gimmicks, no games, no fancy software, and it is not magic, just very straight forward honest feedback to help move the team towards growth and improvement.

Whether it is a corporate team, sports team, administrative team or a family, team building assisted by horses is fun, based on the natural strengths of the participants, and focused on solutions.  Some of the things that participants can expect to get out of such an experience are self-confidence, leader identification, improved communication, group cohesiveness, and clarifying one’s role in the group. It is one experience that I highly recommend and I guarantee, you won’t soon forget!
